Salad spun right

Leafy green vegetables. Kale, lettuce, swiss chard, spinach, cabbage. These foods are some of the healthiest foods that any person can consume. They provide a diverse array of vital nutrients such as calcium, vitamin C, iron, potassium not to mention the highly valuable fiber. These foods are affordable and easy to access. Though if you are vegan you may find it difficult to incorporate leafy green vegetables into your regular meals. Why is this? The likely reason is that it can be a very tedious chore to wash chop and prepare these foods. Also with  the time it might take to prepare your favorite vegetables by hand patience may ware thin.

There has got to be a better way! And here it is. A good quality salad spinner can make a huge difference as this appliance can wash chop and mix a salad of various greens in minimal time with minimal effort. It has a built in chopper that can slice leafy greens like curly kale into fine pieces making it easier to eat larger servings of veggies.
This appliance has multiple functions. It can of course chop and slice green cruciferous vegetables like cabbage into small chunks and pieces. Try making thin cucumber and tomato sheets with the built in mandolin slicer. Take a root vegetable like a carrot, radish or sweet potato and grate it directly into a salad.
All vegans need to eat more than dairy free junk food. Take advantage of the tremendous health benefits of plant based nutrition. Eat a more diverse range and higher volume of vegetables. An appliance like the Savant  Kitchen Salad Maker will make this essential so much easier.
