brainchild of Celine Mariah Duvoisin. A 9 year veteran of supermarket chain Publix
bakeries, Celine worked her way from Cake Decorator to Baker,
Trainer, and Bakery Manager.
She ventured into egg free, dairy free desserts by request and, in doing so, realized there was a lack of these delicious desserts. As a result, Valhalla Bakery was born.
